PaypalからのRefund

さて今日唐突にPaypalから300ドルのRefundがありました。
9/9に頭に来たと記事を書いていましたが、9/23に以下のメールがが届いていました。誤解の無いように原文通り書いておきます。

if you have not received your amplifier please give me a different address for me to send you a replacement. I'll look forward to hearing back from you.

と来たのでもう一度自分の住所を間違いなく書いて再送を待つと送りました。
でその後全く返事が無く、今日の答えに至ったようです。

I have apolgized many times and have tried my best to take care of this for you. Please do not accuse me of fraud. I am an honest business person and have nothing but good intentions for all of my customers. Please take this refund as a sign of my good intentions. Sincerely

というメッセージが添えられていましたが・・・。私の言いたいことが通じなかったのか、途中途中で放置しておきながらこれでは何ももう言う事はありません。
